The Facility:

The Main Barn (pictured above) has a large greeting atrium with east and west offices to the sides, plus restrooms just beyond the glass doors into the main barn area. The East Office is Kim and Jack’s farm management office with a complete indoor stallion collecting room, mare breeding facilities, including general processing lab area room, embryo transfer, semen freezing and embryo freezing lab equipment rooms.
On the 20 acres, the ranch has two barns with a total of 80 stalls, 3 grooming areas, indoor and outdoor wash racks, an equine swimming pool, an 8 horse walker, lighted arena, two - 65 ft round pens, ten - daily turn out corals, six - 2 Ac horse paddocks, 300 ton hay storage, trailer parking and one American Flag at the tree lined entry. The year of careful design planning resulted in a facility that has had few changes in 23 years. The new Cryo Preservation Lab was added in 2004 and one of the round pens is being expanded to 100 ft. Planning effectively has been a key to our success.
